  "... travelling time from airport using tour operators was over a hour and half.. " - well Trudy, whichever hotel you choose next time, hop in a cab at TFS airport instead of using the free bus. Costs around €25 and takes 20 minutes or less!

  The location of the hotel was perfect for us. A short walk to the beach and shops so, it was lovely! The service we received was second to none. Absolutely excellent. However, the rooms i believe were abit smaller than we were anticipating. Overall it was a great experience and i really enjoyed it.

  Noise continued nightly until 3pm. The beaches are full of sellers annoying. We were on the 6th floor and the balcony very basic. There were numerous bodge up jobs.

  The travelling time from airport using tour operators was over a hour and half. On arriving there was no dining available and offered a salad ( but not until after 11pm) No tea or coffee facilities..was told if wanting hot water would be €10 a jug.

  Closed for refurbishment from April 2017 and still hasn't reopened in January 2018.

  My wife and I got married on a private beach near here about a year ago, and stayed at this hotel with our entire wedding party and guests. We chose this hotel because it had all-inclusive options, but also a la carte options for our guests that preferred not to go all-inclusive. It also appeared to cater both to an adult crowd as well as families, and we had some guests coming with children. We absolutely LOVED this hotel! We had an updated room, and some of our guests said their rooms were more out-of-date than ours, but other than that, the staff was AMAZING, food was very good, it was walking distance to beaches, bars, and restaurants. We are from the U.S., and were hoping for the perfect wedding...this hotel and their staff certainly helped with that!

  The rooms were shabby but, were cleaned daily. The towels stained. The buffet was very limited to how much you could have.

  A pleasant venue, although could do with a little updating in the room department. Fantastic location, and the staff were excellent. If you are looking for an all inclusive, with a nice pool and close proximity to the beach, I would recommend it.
