    The only thing they should improve slightly is the entertainment. Having said that I would like to express my sympathy for the staff: MICHELE, FRANCESCO, MARTINA, AND EMANUELE AND THE DIRECTOR WHO HAVE MADE OUR STAY AND ALL THE OTHER GUEST SO COMFORTABLE. THEY ARE SO DEDICATED IN THEIR JOB WHICH MAKES THE CATERING RUN SO SMOOTHLY. WELL DONE BOYS ......

    Hotel is clearly meant for French guests, and the staff don't hide this despite it not being advertised as this being the case. Activities run by the entertainment team literally turn you away if you're not French. All inclusive bands will mean nothing to the staff, and you will not be allowed to have more than one drink at a time, as well as one item of food at a time from the pool bar, even if you are ordering for a friend. The dinner food was repetitive and quite often boring. The hotel manager was the rudest man I have ever seen. When watching an argument between him and a complaining guest (who was well within their right to do so and for good reason), the manager told the guest he was a 'disgusting man' and laughed in his face. Stayed here in June / July 2017 for a week and won't be returning. Was apparently the first year Jet2 Holidays used this hotel, and I'm sure they will not be again after the complaints. I'd avoid at all costs if I were you. Any good reviews you read will be from French, Spanish, or elderly guests.

    After several tests I was then diagnosed with something called psedomembranous colitis. Which is most likely caused by the injection of antibiotic given to me. It’s the 13th of December today and we are still stuck in the hospital I am still getting treatment.

    The spa is very exspensive and children can not use the in door pool .

    My self and my family enjoyed the place. We believe and confirm that it is a very nice and clean hotel. A very huge variety of food and fresh.

    All I can do is warn people not to visit this hotel. POOR QUALITY FOOD, NO CLEANING, NO MAINTENANCE.

    The grounds are lovely but do not keep anything expensive in your room ! My friends jewellery was stolen . The manger is rude and has no time to sort out issues with the rooms . Fly infestation in rooms . Bar food exspensive and the hB food just ok . Not a four star by far.

    Gave me food poisoning still in a hospital, I visited the hotel during Wednesday 29th November to Sunday 3rd December recently. I only had hotel food we had breakfast and then diner at night. After the dinner I had a terrible stomach ache during the night and I was nauseas all night. I ended up in a nearby clinic nearby after throwing up, where the doctor gave me a injection. Due to the injection I had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea which got worst and worst and on Sunday when we were meant to fly we ended up in a hospital.

    Very nice on the outside !!! 2 large pools but only one heated. No view from the restaurant was disappointing . Very nice helpful staff. No idea about rooms. Only had a day pass to kill a few hours before flight. Golf was good fun.

    The manager Jesus is extremely rude when explaining things and threatened to remove us from the hotel .

    He accused my friend of lying that she did not arrive with any jewellery just for insurance purposes ( this made my friend cry two days of our 7 day stay as the jewellery was her mothers who recently passed away .
