You get a pre walk brief and a helmet to wear.

Make a reservation online before you visit. It's a relatively easy 3h hike (there and back). You won't need the hiking sticks but you can rent them at the entrance if you want. Helmets are mandatory and you will get one free of charge. The waterfall at the end is nothing spectacular, but it's a nice hike nevertheless.

The waterfall at the end is quite pretty. Worth the walk. There are even fish in the stream.

Worth the 8 euro to visit. But do book on line to ensure you get your slot.

Excellently organised walking attraction in a beautiful but dangerous barranca. A good 90 minutes walk up to the final waterfall with excellent views on the way. Dangerous when wet but professionals on hand in case of incident, as happened to an unfortunate lady while we were there. Recommended.

The vegetation is interesting too, with sweet chestnut trees close to the waterfall area, my guess is that they are 250+ years old!

2015 it was free and not commercial like today. Now they give you helmets, maybe to justify the entrance fee. It's not more dangerous like Masca for example.

A scenic deep gorge with lots of lovely rock formations. Some friendly partridge too!

We did the walk in 2 hours but most take 3 or more.

The Infierno ravine is a guided/paid tour with helmets. Also, you have to book early, otherwise you'll most likely not get in as i didn't. However, there is a spectacular hiking trail leading up in the mountains nearby (to the left from the ticket office)!
