  First of all, the buffet restaurant attire notice. Men have to wear jeans/trousers in a 30 degree heat. Myself, my fiance and daughter were turned away because my fiance didn't wear long trousers but he had got long shorts on him. I think this needs to be changed because half of all men that went down to the buffet was turned away. We went to the Infinity restaurant adjacent to the Hotel and we were welcomed there regardless of what clothes we were wearing. We spent twice as much on the dinner but it was worth it so we could sit in comfort.

  The location is perfect, near the ocean and all the boulevard. Excellent service in general and the rooms are very clean. The swimming pool has a nice bar and restaurant next to it.

  Overall our stay at the hotel was lovely. and i would definitely return without any children as its a really quiet hotel. but we made the most of the swimming pool, games room, mini golf and playground in the hotel grounds.

  Other than this we did have a great holiday and the staff were very pleasant and courteous. To name a few that went above and beyond was Jonathon (pool bar) Dominqo( infinity restaurant) Maria (reception) Almaro(pool bar) these really know what looking after customers is all about. we had a lovely encounter with each of these. The pool itself was really nice, it was clean and well looked after. A lot of maintenance in the evening times and during the day to make sure all the amenities were kept clean and tidy.

  Beautiful hotel, nice pool, beautiful rooms though found the luggage porter very very pushy. Only had 50 euro note (which I wasn't giving him) but he stood in room waiting and I said I'd give to him day after which he wasn't having. So I said I'd walk to atm machine, AND HE FOLLOWED ME! Ended up giving him 20 euros just to get rid of him. I understand they rely on tips but his attitude was uncalled for

  I have just got back from staying here at this hotel. There is just a few things that both myself and my Fiance noticed and experienced whilst staying here.

  Really nice restaurant. Very modern and very good service. We had a meal in the Infinity Restaurant and they could not have been nicer. The meal was on the good side of so-so. Desserts in restaurants in Tenerife tend to be on the stodgy side and pre-prepared or maybe bought in. The food generally is of good quality so a little extra thought on the postres would go a long way.

  The pool bar menu needs to be changed and two chefs need to be on at all times. Food needs to be cooked to proper standards also, we ordered food on two occasions and on both times, burger wasn't cooked properly and then the next time there was a spider in the sandwich. it actually put us off eating there for the remainder of our holiday. We found a cockroach in our bedroom on our first night of arrival. Sofa-bed is a deathtrap as its hard and you can feel the bars through the mattress.
