  Our room wasn't too near the entertainment but I could imagine this may be a problem with noise as sound travels well through the floors & ceilings.

  Yes, there are broken tiles & things in need of repair but every day of our holiday we saw workmen busy fixing things (not stood about doing nothing) .

  Front office staff is humble, All in package is recommended! Restaurant food was great ( Value for money), Rooms could be little better... Stayed with a two year old kid... Beds are light in weight... 2 beds are joined to make double bed... my two year old kid can push them aside. Over all nice stay in budget price.

  One thing I will say though is that the hotel is up a hill, it's only a 10 - 15min short walk from the thick of it.

  Fantastic holiday here, cheap and cheerful but very clean. All inclusive food was hit and miss but found something to eat every meal time. Pool cold but much needed in the heat, loads of free sun beds and parasols. Plenty of drink choices and pool bar food available all day. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Maids came every other day. Shop on site reasonably priced and open until 9.30. Can't wait to return!

  Nor such nice accommodation in Adeje. Located up the hill . Walk down to the beach is fine it a steep climb on the way home!! Better to take a taxi. Size of apartments is fine and the beds are reasonably comfortable. Bar area is dreadful. Didn't try it but the food buffet for dinner looked dreadful

  We got what we paid for well equipped apartments. We just been there to sleep so I cannot comment on the other services but if you want to explore the island and you need a place to sleep this is perfect. One thing what can be tricky there is free parking but limited spaces around 20-30. Every night at the reception there was a gent called Luis he's great friendly helpful never left from the reception without a smile.

  The on-site shop has most things you could need during your stay but is a little more expensive than the big supermarkets in town.
