  Stayed twice and was always a thoroughly pleasant but lively environment. Staff were professional yet friendly and the facilities were well maintained.

  Great hotel, best i have stayed in so far. The staff are friendly and happy. The hotel is very quiet, clean and relaxing. The buffet Breakfast was the only let down for me, the hot food was limited and was always the same, sadly disappointing. The well known towels on sunbeds problem is present which needs to be addressed. However, apart from this, it will not put me off from staying again, the hotel is really good and i love it. Cannot wait for my next stay.

  From the minute we arrived we experienced the "wow"factor.Simply stunning and beautiful hotel,,We were upgraded to a suite which is absolutely beautiful....the views from our room are amazing.The staff are friendly,helpful and very obliging to any requests..they even turn the beds down at night Nd put cute little chocolates on the pillows.Exceptionally clean and spotless in all areas.Food is varied and plentiful and cooked freshly. I love the omelette bar at breakfast buffet. We were bed and breakfast and each night we tried a different restaurant which were all close by and walking distance .Plenty of bars , restaurants and shops close by My only suggestion to better it would be a bit of music at pool in the day....other than that I can't fault this lovely hotel and I hope we will return some day .I can't recommend this place highly enough..xxx

  iIwould never book any where else to stay on the island. Beds clean and comfortable security excellent every where clean and well maintained. Breakfast very special everyones taste catered for and staff very attentive. Perfect location and very enjoyable break. Thanks and transfer from tui excellent.
