  Apartment very dated and in need of a very good clean . Dust under the lattice work of the settee half an inch thick. Beds very uncomfortable.

  Food is good, swimming pools clean, outside areas pleasant and tidy . All staff pleasant apart from the male senior reception staff.

  One thing good about the hotel are the bar staff who provide fab drinks throughout the day, however the bar shuts at 11! The rooms are very basic and need updating. The location of my room was next to a huge generator which was very loud constantly. If like me booked for a '7 day all inclusive', might as well class or as 6, as I've had to pay to eat a meal and drinks all day as my transfer bus doesn't come till half 9 tonight and no longer classed as all inclusive! The food is great if you like it cold. There isn't much choice. Especially for those who are vegetarian. The entertainment is appalling. Definitely will not be returning!!

  Package holiday with Thomson/TUI. Short trip from South Airport. Very well located in a lovely area of Costa Adeje just above the excellent Plaza del Duque circular shopping centre. A long green stretch of landscaping outside at the top end of the hotel complex separates it from the hinterland and makes it feel nicer than the fairly heavily built up areas elsewhere. Food is what you would expect from a 3 star hotel, perfectly acceptable but not exciting or a la carte. All staff very friendly. Entertainment in the main pool bar area every night. Free Wi-Fi was good. We stayed in Edifico B (Block B) which is the best located of the blocks as the rear terrace faces South and overlooks the smaller deeper heated swimming pool and the chill out area which is surfaced with soft artificial grass while the front door faces the main shallower larger but unheated swimming pool which has the pool bar and the restaurant (Edifico G) around it. The rooms are minimalist in terms of decoration with drab colours and no pictures on the walls but otherwise everything fine. We had a suite with double bedroom, lounge with TV on which you can receive BBC channel 16 and ITV channel 24 also two settees which also serve as children's beds, kitchen diner, bathroom and large terrace with two sunbeds a square table four wicker chairs and umbrella. Approx 15 minutes walk down to the sea front where you can walk for miles in both directions. Fairly steep hills but no problem unless quite elderly. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
