  Having recently purchased through TPS, our advice would be to tread carefully. Check out any advice which they give to you from an independent source, especially legal and mortgage advice. They will recommend to you "independent" mortgage brokers, and lawyer, but these are really tied to TPS, and will not offer the best advice, just anything they need to do, to complete a sale.

  Really, really helpful when we bought our apartment in Los Cristianos and a year later they are still there to help when we dont understand something and needed help. Would defintely recommend them.

  They do have a large property portfolio, so for choice of property they may be one of the best to go to. If however, you do proceed with a purchase, please make sure you take real independent advice, and not that which is offered "in house".
